Andrew Lamberto has decades of experience working in Human Resources. He worked for County of Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department for over 14 years before he accepted a position as the Director of Human Resources for San Bernardino County. Lamberto made sure that all of his employees’ interests are being protected by the County and that all employees and managers were within state and federal compliance. Lamberto was responsible for developing new programs and initiatives to ensure that all employees have the same access to benefits like healthcare, and employment opportunities as they are entitled.
Andrew Lamberto instituted many new initiatives for employees of San Bernardino County.
